Circles ranked in the Top 10 in Great Place To Work

Circles continually studies and develops our working culture. In order to have an outside view (and possible marketing advantage) we participated in the Great Place To Work study of fall 2021. When we saw the results of the study we realized immediately, that we will be ranking in the competition. We did not know how high until yesterday when the results were revealed in a celebration party.

We chose to participate in the Great Place To Work study because they have a long history of over 30 years in studying different work places and they have received input from more than 10 million employees. Based on the data they have available their insight into our culture might prove useful in revealing issues we haven’t yet addressed or bringing new issues to the forefront. When we saw the results we understood that our culture requires basically only fine tuning and we are on the right path.

We are happy and proud of our success.

We ranked #10 in the study in the series for companies with fewer than 50 employees.
