We meet every Friday at our office in Sörnäinen in Helsinki, where we hold what we call “Circle-Fridays”, meaning that we work together and join in the decision making of various circles.Are you interested in developing strategies or our internal culture? Or maybe go to gigs together, or play board games? You can be a part of as many circles as you wish, and create new ones too. We also enjoy spending time together outside of work. You are welcome to join us whether it’s playing video games, going on a skiing trip or enjoying an evening at a nice restaurant. If an open environment where everyone can speak their mind and every idea is heard speaks to you, you’ve come to the right place.

  For us, it’s important that everyone gets a chance to work in projects which they are enthusiastic about. Our sales team always does their best to find you a project that fits your skills and interests. We have regular check ups to hear how you feel about your project and what would you like to learn next.

• Training for your development

  We encourage and enable you to develop your skills to the direction you desire. Our Development Circle will provide required resources for personal development, such as certification courses or company wide training.

• A place in a community that shares your interests and values

  You will never be alone after joining Circles, there are always colleagues that have your back in case you need some support to solve tricky problems in a client project. Even when working on customer projects, we get together at our office every Friday.

• Fair compensation for the brilliant work you do

  The salary consists of base salary and commission. You are the one who does the hard work, so you are the one to get a lion’s share of the revenue you produce. We pay all our consultants equally and everyone has the same salary model.
