Back Office Autumn Kick-Off

Last week, our back office team met for the autumn kick-off at a cottage by a lakeshore in Mäntyharju, surrounded by quiet forests. The two-hour drive from the city allowed us time to relax before starting the day’s work. Once we arrived, we got straight to discussing our sales strategy for the rest of the year. Being away from the city’s noise and pollution made it easier for us to focus and think clearly. The calm setting helped us step back from our daily tasks and come up with fresh ideas.

In the evening, we shifted from work to some traditional Finnish activities. We started with a BBQ, cooking, and enjoying a meal together. It was a great chance to unwind and connect with each other outside of the usual work setting.

After the BBQ, we headed to the sauna, which is a big part of Finnish culture. Some of us even took a quick swim in the lake, which was a refreshing way to end the day.

Overall, the autumn kick-off was a good mix of work and relaxation. It helped us not only plan for the months ahead but also strengthen our team bonds. We left Mäntyharju feeling more connected and ready to take on the rest of the year with a clear focus.
