Circles Cloud Consultant Program
Have you found yourself being in love with programming but consider still being a duckling?
We will offer you a pathway to greatness with a program called Circles Cloud Consultant.
If you have at least 3 years of programming experience – hobby or work related – you should apply to our training program, where you will be baked and seasoned by our senior consultants and start earning big bucks in no time.
First things first, the requirements:
– 3 years of programming experience. Can be relevant working experience or hobby projects, open source etc.
– Basic understanding of Git
– You live in the vicinity of the Helsinki metropolitan area.
– You speak fluent English. Finnish is a plus.
– EU nationality
– Good social skills. Consultants deal with different kinds of customers all the time.
Additional bonus:
– Public repository showing your hobby projects would be a plus.
Training
As a Circles Cloud Consultant apprentice, you will go through a self-study phase, where you will teach yourself the fundamentals of web development via https://fullstackopen.com/. After that or in parallel, you are introduced to our internal software and start developing real features required by our product owner. Also finishing a cloud certificate is something you should be ready to do. You can choose between AWS Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals and Google Cloud. At all times you have a dedicated mentor whom you have dailies with, and explain your progress. The main task of the mentor is not to provide ready answers, but to guide you in the right direction.
Client work
So you have progressed to a point where a customer wants you to do some real coding for them. Depending on the situation, you might go alone, or be paired with a more experienced colleague. Either way, you will always receive the backup of a more accomplished workmate.
Salary
You don’t have to work for free. We offer a solid base salary of 2500€ for the duration of your self-study.
When we find you a client, your salary is determined by the hourly rate of the project.
With our salary model that means a monthly income could be between 4000€ to 6000€.
