Customer Satisfaction Survey 2021

Customer satisfaction is the key ingredient for a succesful consultant company. We survey our customers once per year and all customers who we have worked with during the year receive an invitation to participate. We are not always succesful in our dealings with our customers – we are human after all and we do make mistakes. But we are succesful almost always – and that is very significant. One of the values of our company is transparency and in the spirit of this value we publish the results of this questionnaire for everyone to see.

This year we used a simple questionnaire that has two dimensions.  How well the customer agreed with the statement which is represented by the horizontal axis and how important the statement is to the customer which is represented by the vertical axis. Top right corner is where we want to be.

We create improvement actions based on the results of this survey – we want to become better at serving our customers in all dimensions. We will tell you more about these later.
