My first 6 months running (in) Circles
Time has flown by, and it’s hard to believe that I’ve already completed my first six months at Circles Consulting. Since joining on March 1st as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I’ve had the chance to dive into the world of IT consulting that Circles has been excelling in since 2018.
You might be wondering about the name “Circles Consulting.” It’s quite simple: We operate using interconnected circles as a way to make company-wide decisions. This unique approach allows every employee, myself included, to contribute ideas that help shape the direction of the company. It’s an inclusive and collaborative method that sets the tone for innovation.
In my role, I’ve primarily worked alongside the sales team, gaining valuable insights into our comprehensive consultancy services. What’s more, I’ve been able to extend my reach beyond my initial role. Thanks to our autonomous system, I’ve had the opportunity to offer input in areas like marketing, employer branding, and human resources. This has given me a broader perspective on the company and enriched my work experience.
Moreover, at Circles Consulting, we foster a vibrant culture that goes beyond the confines of the workplace. We have cultural circles like the music circle, where we arrange after-work sessions at the office every now and then to play music together. These moments of camaraderie add a special dimension to our team dynamics.
Looking back on these first six months, it’s clear that Circles Consulting’s dynamic environment keeps things exciting and fast-paced. The interconnected circles concept isn’t just a buzzword – it reflects our commitment to teamwork and openness. Being part of this environment has allowed me not only to contribute my thoughts but also to feel like an integral part of the company’s journey.
